Vale Terrace Dr. and Ponderosa Dr. Roundabout: The project is the installation of a roundabout at the intersection of Vale Terrac Drive and Ponderosa Drive. The City of Vista constructed a DG recreational trail in 2010 that crosses at the intersection of Vale Terrace and Ponderosa. To enhance ped crossing, the City went through a process that progressed from reconstructing two of the intersesction corners, constructing curb pop-outs, installing push button activated RRFB's and finally constructing a roundabout. In this presentation, the City will describe the improvements and the observed outcomes for each improvement.
